Marsha Mollineau

Money Matters Expert

When it comes to answering that all-important question, "So, what now?", the opportunities, or lack of at times, can be daunting. Now a successful entrepreneur, Marsha offers practical Life Skills workshops and talks and prides herself on successfully coaching and motivating those out of work while inspiring school-leavers to realise their career potential, and make it happen.

With expert knowledge of financial business analysis and accounting procedures, Marsha is well versed in maximising business benefit and optimising funding opportunities across local government and lottery initiatives, while supporting community projects.

Working with third party organisations, further education establishments and some of the largest housing providers in London to support residents of all ages with budgeting, CV clinics and confidence boosting sessions, Marsha boasts a 100% success rate at encouraging a positive approach to employability. For Marsha, it’s not where you come from, or even what you’ve studied; it’s what you can do that counts.

Throughout her career she has worked within the education sector with a sole purpose of improving learning and development and day-to-day budgeting through a business analytic approach. Marsha has worked closely with HR professionals and hiring managers, understanding the challenges faced by school leavers and those who haven't worked in a while. Often it’s as simple as not recognising and maximising the skills they already have. Through an analytical business approach, she applies simple budgeting tips which vastly improve lifestyle. Marsha now encourages students to underline areas of cost reduction, helping them save towards that much needed nest egg to support university living , their first suit for that all important interview or a train ticket to get them through their first month of work.

For Marsha, the key to success is asking ‘why not me?’ why should you not get the interview? score the job or get on that graduate internship scheme? There’s no reason why it can’t be you; just get INSYNC with your dream, and make it happen.

"As a guest at our College Industry Day, you completely filled the brief we asked of you. Our learners’ have come away from your sessions feeling motivated and inspired. The content of your workshops were informative, relevant, up to date and succinct. The manner of your delivery was professional and yet friendly enough not to intimidate our learners. Many of our learners now have the confidence to prepare and tailor their CV to the relevant Industry sectors that interest them. AND ‘sell themselves’ effectively at interviews. Others have expressed a renewed determination to manage & balance their finances with University and still enjoy life!

By the afternoon of the Industry Day, word had spread to other learners in college about your Money Matters and CV writing workshops, to the extent that we simply could not accommodate the volume of interest!

We will definitely be inviting Marsha back for more workshops to assist those learners who missed out."
