Marcelle Rose

Empowering young people to develop a healthy relationship with food and their body by helping them challenge nutrition and body myths, navigate diet culture pressures and create a foundation for sustainable, balanced eating.

Marcelle Rose is an award-winning BANT & CNHC Registered Nutritionist and author of bestselling book, The Binge Freedom Method, with further specialist training in eating disorders, eating psychology, and behaviour change. She specialises in helping young people and adults build a positive relationship with food and their body, working with clients across the UK and internationally.

In addition to her client work, Marcelle delivers talks and workshops to secondary school pupils, parents, and corporate audiences, and trains health professionals in this field (including for The National Centre for Eating Disorders). She is also a regular guest on podcasts and frequently features on radio, television, and in print media.

In her talks and workshops, Marcelle combines evidence-based insights, interactive activities, and practical tools to help students understand how to care for themselves. She addresses challenges such as nutrition, diet and weight loss myths, social media pressures, and body image concerns, helping students develop resilience, confidence, and balanced eating habits.
Sessions are tailored for schools, complementing wellbeing programs, and providing actionable approaches that students can apply immediately. Marcelle’s aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
