LinkedIn is now considered the single biggest careers networking tool with over 32 million users alone in the UK. As part of personal development, it is crucial for young people to understand the platform, use it effectively, and gain positive results. Tony has nearly 15 years of experience using LinkedIn, over 250 LinkedIn recommendations and for the last 4 years has been ranked by LinkedIn search within the top 5. He uses this experience to help students, and teachers, get a better understanding of LinkedIn as a tool to achieve outcomes.

As a leading LinkedIn authority, he will share best practice, top tips, and highlight what the current trends are.

He helps students to:

Provide the tools and the framework on how to be successful on LinkedIn
Create a profile which sells their skills
Teaches them key activities which draw attention to their profile

This could be at the start of their career journey and it will cover how to get a LinkedIn profile and what is required as a minimum to get onto the platform.

With the introduction of AI onto the LinkedIn platform, as well as its general spread across business and education, Tony has researched on how AI could be used with LinkedIn.
