Reuben Christian is an award-winning edutainer, facilitator, and keynote speaker who creates uplifting, highly interactive CPD and INSET experiences for schools, leadership teams, and Multi-Academy Trusts.

Rather than delivering another sit-and-listen staff talk, Reuben has developed The School Reset - an engaging experience that blends humour, psychology, storytelling, and practical tools for collaboration to help educators celebrate their contribution, reconnect with their purpose, strengthen relationships across the school community, and return to the classroom feeling energised, appreciated, and better equipped for the term ahead.

Built around this belief, each session encourages staff to celebrate successes, navigate challenges together, and discover practical ways to support one another long after the day has finished.

With over twenty years' experience as a host, facilitator, and community builder, Reuben creates experiences that are energetic, deeply human, and intentionally interactive. His work has taken him from school halls to international conferences, working with organisations including Samsung, BBC, TED, The Old Vic, Aviva, Deutsche Bank, Pentawards and Wavestone, where he was invited to help connect, celebrate, and energise more than 5,500 colleagues from 17 countries during one of the company's biggest moments of organisational change.

Whatever the audience, his mission remains the same: creating spaces where people feel seen, celebrated, and able to bring out the best in one another.

Reuben is also the founder of Dream Rehab, a community-powered experience exploring the power of collaboration, and co-host of the What Is This Behaviour? podcast, featured on British Airways flights.
