Sue Evans

Weaving together skills, stories and strategies to deliver lasting results, without the slog. Sue’s taught thousands of people the skills to keep stress useful, improving resilience, wellbeing and confidence for staff and students.

When it comes to building confidence and lasting resilience, your first thought might not be to work with an Engineer.

Sue spent the first half of her career delivering £multi-million change programmes for international organisations, more than doubling productivity in two of them, and experiencing time and time again how we don’t always do what’s good for us – even when we recognise that what we’re doing isn’t working.

Which is why so many efforts at managing stress and improving wellbeing give such patchy results. Because we’re rubbish at doing what’s good for us, consistently enough to maintain the results. The whole diet industry relies on it! Trying to manage stress often produces the same kind of yo-yo cycles.

The skills and strategies Sue shares are a powerful alternative, underpinning numerous breakthroughs, often in less than an hour. The typical outcomes are wonderfully varied - stopping repetitive worries and improving sleep, building confidence and better creative problem solving, overcoming fears and belief barriers and resolving repeated work absences. Even stopping several people from handing in their notice to get away from a particularly difficult colleague.

Known for her engaging and insightful presentations, Sue’s an experienced speaker, trainer and mentor. Author of “Stress Success Strategy” and founder of the FAST Pathways Academy, Sue’s also a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association - one of less than 100 across the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Testimonials from Teachers

"I recently attended the 'Skills for Mental Wellbeing' online training, which has really helped me to improve my general wellbeing and has benefited me in both a work, and personal capacity. Sue's training enables you to 'let go' during her sessions, engage in activities and practice the skills she introduces. I have found the 'Quick Re-Set' skill most useful, as it has helped me to effectively turn off, reboot, switch focus, and then concentrate on the various projects I have on my plate.. Thank you Sue."
