Sara Morgans

Be comfortable being uncomfortable

Business and management graduate, businesswoman and mother - passionate about driving young people forward and empowering women in business. Wanting to inspire change and people's well-being is the driving force behind Sara's talks: to encourage all individuals to be comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Born and raised in Wales, Sara is fluent in both Welsh and English. She was brought up within the hospitality industry as part of her family business, allowing her to meet all walks of life and enabling her to engage and relate to different personal needs. Sara did a degree whilst having two very young children, and wants to make individuals realise that everything is possible if you set your mind to it.

Sara's love and passion for business has come from a young age, and it became natural for her to be very versatile in this everything she does. Sara feels incredibly passionate about women in business. She sees herself very much of a mentor for women and young people, and helps them recognise their value and purpose in life.

Being comfortable in being uncomfortable allows Sara to work with individuals to build their self-confidence and believe that they can realistically achieve great things. She also talks about how to deal with conflict and out of the ordinary situations.

Sara says that self-fulfilment is very important to her, and if she can inspire and create self-confidence in anyone, she has certainly succeeded.

Testimonials from Teachers

"It was my pleasure to teach Sara Louise Morgans for three years. I noted during her studies at Aberystwyth Business School that she had an uncommon ability to communicate effectively both within, and outside, formal learning environments. She tailors her content and voice towards the audience she is interacting with, and clearly identifies the objectives of communication, ensuring that what is delivered is appropriate for the purpose. Sara’s enthusiasm, honesty, and attitude ensure she captivates people around her"

– Dr Ian H Harris, Aberystwyth Business School

"From working with Sara over the past months it has become clear to me that she is a highly capable and intelligent woman with a will and a force to do good and have a positive impact in the world. Committed to her personal growth and that of others, Sara's compelling story is proof that she both lives and leads by example. Not only do I believe that she is an inspirational role model to young people and an excellent speaker, she is also an inspiration to me."

– Mikaela Jackson, Life Coach & Founder

"Sara brings a range of experience to bear on business and leadership; she understands big business and small family business; she has experience of both and can talk fluently on either. She is inspirational as an individual because as a mature student she has successfully combined her university education with parenthood – no easy task, and one that she has excelled at. She understands many of the issues that will affect students (particularly women) in their early careers and is an exemplary role model. She is passionate about new thinking in leadership, well-being, and women in business; she urges individuals to be comfortable with being uncomfortable – the very things that are required of the next generation."

– Professor, Andrew St George
