Lesley Thomas is the founder of The Money Confidence Academy, host of a Global Top 5% podcast, ‘Let’s Talk Money and more’, has a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is an accredited Money Coach .

With an impressive track record in corporate organisations, she is now an entrepreneur running two successful businesses. A former School Governor and Chair of Finance Committee, Lesley has been coaching school children on better understanding their relationship with money since 2021. Her aims are clear and simple - to unlock children’s financial success and empower their mindset through financial education.

With too many children leaving school not knowing how money works, nor believing in their ability to provide a financially secure future for themselves, she is passionate about helping them transform this belief.

Lesley’s aim is to nurture healthy growth mindsets that encompasses positive thinking, resilience, and goal setting objectives to build financial security and enable teenagers to make informed decisions around money matters.
