J Grange is a 23 year old internationally recognised award winning Entrepreneur, public speaker, mentor, musician, and neurodiversity advocate born in London.

His journey has been shaped by significant challenges, including mental health struggles during his education, being permanently excluded from two schools, encounters with police and a diagnosis of ADHD and dyspraxia.

J’s music career gained momentum with his second release, which received substantial attention on YouTube amassing impressive streams. His influence extends beyond music; he has made appearances on major platforms such as BBC Radio, KISS FM, and Channel 5 News, as well as various online publications. Notably, he has also been featured on France 2 of France Televisions, showcasing his international reach.

As one of the UK’s youngest international public speakers at just 23, J actively advocates for neurodiversity. He regularly engages with students and staff in PRUs, schools, and colleges including Kings College London using his platform to promote understanding and acceptance of neurodivergent individuals. His advocacy work includes being an ambassador for organisations such as The Kings Trust and UK Youth.

J’s speaking engagements are impactful and far-reaching. He has addressed prominent and prestigious audiences, including the United Nations and UNESCO, and has spoken at large events like the Bournemouth International Centre, where he reached over 1,000 attendees. He also regularly works with global corporations such as McCains, Trustpilot, GXO, Harvey Nichols, Ella’s Kitchen and Metro Bank, promoting equality for the one in five individuals who are neurodivergent.

In June 2022, J celebrated neurodiversity by being featured on over 400 billboards across the UK. He released the anthem “We Will Rise,” in collaboration with the London Community Gospel Choir, as part of the Neurodiversity Umbrella Project.

In the summer of 2023, J joined the Mayor of London’s Violence Reduction Unit’s young people’s action group, advocating for positive change for young Londoners. His contributions were widely recognised when he became a finalist for the 2023 National Diversity Awards, standing out among 120,000 nominations.

In early 2024, J was invited to 10 Downing Street to collaborate with the UK Government cementing his role as a leader in the neurodiversity movement.

In 2025 J was spotlighted at the Davos Neurodiversity Summit, become an ambassador for ADHD UK and joined the charity Missing People to become an advisor.

Testimonials from Teachers

“It was a pleasure to have J come to our school and speak to the young people about neurodiversity and music. He talked about his past experiences in a PRU school setting and many of the students could relate to this.

J spoke on how music really helped him to develop and find his passion and focus for what he loves to do, this really helped challenge our students to think about their career and future goals!”

– Gil Walters, Westbridge Academy

– Sunny Zdravkova, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, National Gas

'J delivered a fantastic session for our recruitment consultants at Charity People as part of National Neurodiversity week. He had prepared a meticulous presentation with facts and figures as well as case studies. All this was delivered with deep knowledge, integrity and credibility. So many colleagues stayed back to speak to J after the session which is a testament to his open and approachable style and his ability to engage with his audience. I would not hesitate to recommend him'

– Hanan Kasmi, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, The Charity People

"J's talk was great - the students were fully engaged and found him a very inspiring speaker."

– Jane Collier, Head of Life Skills/EPQ Coordinator, Hurtwood School

"J Grange and I met at a conference jointly run by the Children's Mental Health Coalition and the School Wellbeing Partnership. I so enjoyed his presentation about what as a neurodiverse young person who was twice permanently excluded from school wishes his teachers had known about neurodiversity.

Since then J has worked with both students, staff and parents across trust schools in Unity Schools Partnership and spoken to most of our senior 200 school staff. His contribution has been significant and been highly valued by both staff, children and parents"

– Tim Coulson, CEO, Unity Schools Partnership
