He also speaks from experience as a former recruitment consultant, business manager, and current employer.
Graeme keeps his recruitment and employer knowledge completely up to date through strategy consulting and research services to businesses. He also brings high-level communication skills as a Level 7 qualified Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Graeme is on a mission to improve access to opportunity by raising aspirations. He does this by encouraging self-awareness and appreciation of the things pupils have already achieved.
