He delivers workshops on CV writing, job applications, and interview techniques that go way beyond the basics that are available online. These can include practical activities and one-to-one advice.

Graeme is a professional Job application and CV consultant, and career and interview coach with an international client base at all levels from entry-level apprentices to CEOs. His approach is constantly validated by clients being shortlisted and then selected. 100% of clients report feeling more confident and better prepared for their next career step. He also speaks from experience as a former recruitment consultant, business manager, and current employer.

Graeme keeps his recruitment and employer knowledge completely up to date through strategy consulting and research services to businesses. He also brings high-level communication skills as a Level 7 qualified Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Graeme is on a mission to improve access to opportunity by raising aspirations. He does this by encouraging self-awareness and appreciation of the things pupils have already achieved.

The workshops will provide a permanent uplift in career-related skills. Knowing how to succeed in the job market (which includes the popular topic of ‘personal branding’) is one of the most valuable sets of life skills and these skills will be developed.

• Understanding of how job applications work and how employers make decisions.

They increased their confidence in their ability to get chosen for the job they want.

Agreement with ‘If I wanted to apply for a job now, I would know how to’ rose from ‘4’ to ‘7’.

Particularly pleasing was that students with the lowest initial scores increased the most. Individual scores rose by as much as from ‘1’ to ‘7’.
