Gordon K Williams has built a distinctive path, combining a career in financial services with a mission to empower the next generation to find their voice.
After completing his bachelor's and master's degrees, Gordon spent four years as a project manager at JP Morgan. Alongside that career he co-founded Believe in Greatness, now part of Leadership Communication Group, a UK organisation that helps students across London unlock their potential and shape their futures. He is the co-author of the book Unmute Yourself, on mastering the fear of public speaking in a digital world, and shares daily communication tips with a community of more than 27,000 on TikTok.
Gordon's journey has not been without adversity. He has faced personal hardship, isolation and repeated setbacks, at times questioning his motivation and wondering whether to give up. Through resilience, honest self-reflection and a commitment to growth, he turned those challenges into the fuel for becoming a stronger version of himself.
