Stuart is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who has been working in the field of Mental and Emotional Well-being since 1999. He is co-author with wife Amanda of Chilled Children, Chilled for Autism and Sleeepy Storiezzz books, based on mindfulness, meditation and hypnotherapy.

Stress is a massive challenge to teachers and can be damaging personally and professionally.

  • School leaders are working on average 58.2 hours per week
  • 78% of teachers are stressed rising to 84% of school leaders. Reported stress is higher in primary (86%) than in secondary (80%) phase.

  • Chilled parents – Using Mindfulness and Meditation at home

Mindfulness and Meditation are powerful tools and life skills to help with mental and emotional challenges throughout our lives. Mindfulness is becoming widely used in schools but the benefit to parents can be even greater. This session will teach parents the benefits of these tools and how to use them effectively with their children at home. Improves concentration, focus, calmness and behaviour.

  • Sleeepy Kidz – How to get your evening back

Children need more sleep; parents need an evening to themselves. This interactive workshop gives parents tips, tricks and techniques to establish an easy, relaxing bedtime routine for their children. Less stress, more sleep.
