Sarah’s talk is an interactive fun presentation on how books with pictures expand the mind and perception more than those without visuals. The talks are aimed at younger children and are very funny & entertaining.
She started practicing yoga in her thirties when she had to juggle novel deadlines with parenting and travel, and found it an excellent way to focus the mind. She has taught yoga and mediation in schools for the past three years, and held talks to assemblies with up to 1000 pupils and teachers, engaging them in the relevance and fun aspect of yoga and meditation into their every day lives.
A natural speaker thanks to her radio and TV experience, Sarah presents a very fun, fast paced presentation which engages the children and teachers immediately, leaving them engaged, focused and wanting to know more.
