Being a self-represented freelance artist, Marika has envious performance portfolio. Having sung for the Royal Family and numerous State Officials, performed as part of the Ensemble at The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, being the in-house opera singer at Harrods from 2008-2014, and singing on multiple Hans Zimmer Hollywood Film Soundtracks and Trailers, Marika has also not only performed, but Conducted her Choirs at prestigious venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Festival Hall and City Hall for Mayoral Events.
As a Vocal Coach she works with both, the Singing and Speaking Voice, as well as Lecturing in Communication and Presentation Skills, which has extended to Coaching Private and Corporate Clients such as Coca-Cola, Forbes, TK Maxx and BP (British Petroleum). Communication and Presentation Skills are so much more than surface level soft skills. It is Cultural, Creative, Historical, Tangible, Experimental and a plethora of others. The voice is the most underestimated communication tool of them all. We use it every day and yet are never taught how to use it.
