12 extreme adventure challenges in 2022 by female ex British Army Officer who raised £35,000 for a veterans charity and who now wishes to use her experiences to encourage the next generation to go on their own adventures; building courage and resilience.

Jen is a female Ex British Army Officer who undertook 12 extreme adventure, endurance challenges for a veterans charity in 2022. These included an international canoe marathon, a multi-stage ultra-marathon, 2 of the seven summits, paddle boarding the English Channel, cycling the length of the UK, running the width of it, and more!

Aside from her adventure challenges, Jen's 10 years of military experience includes everything from deploying on major overseas exercises and deployments to managing strategic policy in the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence HQ.

As a Royal Artillery Officer, she has travelled extensively, from the Falkland Islands to Norway, the Caribbean to Nigeria, often operating in a leadership role and under pressure.

Throughout her career Jen has loved coaching soldiers and this has made her passionate about leading and motivating others to try new experiences and achieve higher levels of performance.

For Jen, 2022 was all about fundraising for a brilliant cause whilst also inspiring others to push themselves out of their comfort zones, and onto adventures.

Throughout 2023 Jen hopes to continue to use her adventure challenges to motivate the next generation to raise the bar of life experiences and to find ways to make themselves more determined and resilient individuals.
