"I first met Malikha McDonald when I attended a training course to prepare me to deliver a Sex & Relationships programme to my pupils who are all boys with ESBD (emotional, social, behavioral difficulties). Malikha was delivering the training. He was thorough in his approach, but put us all at ease and through his excellent people skills made me able and confident in delivering the programme back at school. He is confident but not arrogant, which in turn helped me to become confident with the tasks. He is a dynamic personality, who is not only inspirational and motivational, you find yourself hanging on his every word. He has a way of captivating the audience and taking you on a journey of discovery excitement.
Malikha is very humble in his approach. He is able to connect with young people who are disengaged from main stream education, involved in the criminal justice system and demotivated. He is able to redirect there focus whilst allowing them to see the errors of their ways and set new goals."– Carol McCullough, Deputy Head DSP, Sporting Edge Independent School
"Malikha is a dynamic and forward thinking facilitator and I have had the pleasure of hearing him speak on a number of occasions. Malikha commands the room in an engaging manner and creates a safe and trusting environment for young people to be placed at ease. With the combination of his professional and personal experience, he has been a great asset in terms of engaging a diverse range of young people including those considered hard to reach and creating positive outcomes for both the young person and the organization he works with."– Justice Williams MBE, Entrepreneur
