Working mum of 3 daughters, Judy Reith works with every kind of parent to enable them to be more of the parent they want their children to have. Raising kids today is a bewildering and stressful challenge for most families and asking for help is something parents are reluctant to do. However, parents who do find the kind of support that’s right for them feel so much more confident.
Judy trained in 1998 to deliver courses and coaching that supports parents with every kind of parenting issue. She regularly comments in national and local radio, TV and print media as a parenting spokesperson.
Judy's first book, 'Be A Great Mum' ( Hodders 2010) covers the main aspects of motherhood using case studies and encouraging the reader to work out how they want to raise their family (rather than an expert telling them what to do).
As a working parent, she understands fully the needs of today’s parents and her passion is to support parents to be the best Mum or Dad they can. Judy’s latest workshop (and book coming!) brings together 52 years of the world of daughters and how to raise them into fabulous women and mothers. She believes that there is no such thing as the perfect parent, and says being a parent is still her greatest joy and challenge, every day.
Outside of work, she is a trustee for Street Child World Cup winning rights for street children and Judy is working hard on taking 8 teams of street girls to compete in Rio 2014. She loves living in Cambridge with her family and likes a quick run with the dog followed by a decent G +T!
