At the age of just 16, Charlotte achieved a clean sweep of 12A*s at GCSE from a non-selective state school, putting her into the top 2% of all UK exam test-takers. Due to her academic success, Charlotte was awarded full scholarships to attend Harvard, Yale, Oxford and Cambridge universities’ summer schools to read French, Russian and Mathematics. By 17, Charlotte had secured an internship position working within the Europe Directorate, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, London in addition to becoming a featured guest writer for the UN Special Magazine, with her article on ‘Celebrating the UN’s 70th anniversary' being published. By 18, Charlotte secured a prestigious job at a world class scientific facility in Switzerland, and worked with some of the best universities across USA and the UK.
However, it hasn’t always been a simple journey for Charlotte. Having faced the torments of severe bullying throughout her school years, Charlotte is now an active anti-bullying and mental health campaigner, working to prevent bullying and end the stigma associated with mental health issues.
Charlotte fully understands the impact bullying can have on a child’s overall wellbeing, and has recently completed a diploma in mental health, in addition to numerous speciality courses focused on alleviating exam stress, anxiety and depression. Through education, training and active intervention, Charlotte hopes that we can eventually end the harmful epidemic which is sweeping through our schools, universities and places of work.
Inspired by her own personal background, Charlotte has mentored children of all ages to help break down barriers which impede them from reaching their full potential both in and outside school, became a Global Youth Ambassador for a leading US Education charity, and has worked across the UK to deliver interactive and collaborative workshops, guidance sessions and talks to primary, high school and university students.
In addition, Charlotte has an extensive public speaking career, including having won the title of The English Speaking Union’s Wales Public Speaking Champion in 2014, and being invited to speak at Churchill College, Cambridge University in front of approximately 400 people. Following that, she has also won numerous public speaking accolades including but not limited to CEWC Cymru Outstanding Individual Debater, Rotary International Regional and National Best Proposer, in addition to becoming a Guest Alumni Speaker at The English Speaking Union’s Public Speaking Final at the Senedd, Cardiff.
Furthermore, Charlotte was, rather impressively, a Young European Commission Council Representative at the age of 15 and represented the UK as a Delegate at a Youth NATO Conference in Wales. Having witnessed her talent, the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme also invited her to compere an official Duke of Edinburgh award ceremony.

''Charlotte was invited to deliver a mental health and anti-bullying presentation to a range of university students on campus. Charlotte’s presentation was a phenomenal success due to the nature of the talk. Mental health and anti-bullying are always delicate subjects but through her sensitive handling of the topics and the use of real life experiences, the audience were enthralled and completely engaged. Charlotte’s unrivalled enthusiasm and passion for the topics meant that her presentation was delivered in a unique and thought-provoking manner. Her advice regarding preventative methods when dealing with exam stress, anxiety and general mental health issues was priceless. Her talk created a real atmosphere of excitement and activity on campus with students requesting for an additional session with Charlotte. I would highly recommend Charlotte, and would be delighted to welcome her back for further presentations.''
