Find Your Spark - helping the lost generation be found, to find their spark

See Michelle in action here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8Tq8WaE9WE

Michelle has a 2:1 degree in psychology from Warwick University and is now studying for a Masters in Coaching Psychology.

Michelle has spent the last six years working in the Secondary Schools in Tower Hamlets and Newham raising the aspirations of young people.

Within this time Michelle has formally mentored and coached young people with a range of difficulties successfully .

She has also worked closely with the careers service developing the understanding of career goals in young people. Michelle is the founder of the business Find Your Spark, which delivers specialist youth coaching and career coaching.  The Career Coaching Programme, focuses on the importance of realising your value from a young age and matching your talents, skills and passions to a career aligned with your purpose.  Part of this package includes a keynote which details Michelle's direct experience of finding her purpose and the negative consequences that occured when she was living a purposeless life with no direction.  This speech is ideal in the current climate when many of our young people are unsure of their direction due to the increase in University fees and the unemployment rates.

Michelle also delivers 1:1 development coaching, which is much broader and uses different coaching models such as GROW model and Solution Focused  in order to help young people with issues such as confidence, negative thinking, motivation and social skills.  Sessions are tailor-made to suit the young person's needs and can be run for between 1-2 hours dependent on teacher's requests.   This speech and coaching programme will give hope to a 'lost generation!'

Michelle has recently written and delivered a new speech on the subject of 'Self Worth' to the Professional Speakers Association, which has received lots of positive feedback. This is all about the importance of having self-worth and the consequences of not having adequate amounts of self-worth. It’s a very powerful and inspirational speech describing her overcoming her negative background to become a success which will benefit young people hearing.
