"My constituent, Louis Barnett is a truly remarkable young man and he has a marvellous gift for communicating his knowledge and enthusiasm to others. The speech that he made in accepting an award from Lord Krebs, at a ceremony in the House of Lords would have done credit to a seasoned and experienced politician. I warmly commend him as a young speaker of remarkable ability and very considerable promise.”
