As a brand expert, school governor, university career guide, employer and parent, David has seen the routes that young people take into the 'real' world from all angles. Instead of asking what they will do in future, David challenges young people to think about how they can be successful for 50 years in the workplace.

He gets them thinking about 'going careering' rather than just having a career; let's them into the secrets of the skills and qualities that employers really look for and encourages them to start developing those skills now rather than later.
