She delivers nutrition for the mind, encouraging healthy thinking, and taking students from stuck to unstoppable, leaving them feeling empowered.

Her heartfelt message is delivered with an oozing empathy that students connect to immediately and has some stunning results. Debbie's expertise and experience comes as a Mom of 3 children, a qualified emergency nurse, health practitioner and specialist work in weight and stress management.  Seven years ago her life hit rock bottom when her 16 yr old son tried to kill himself, his emotional resilience at an all-time low. Together they personally developed his self-worth which enabled him to go on and live the healthy successful life he now leads.  Since then she has gone onto develop her business, Debbie Huxton’s Mind Diet, to let our young people know that we do care, understand and there is always a better way.
