Carly is the Founder and Managing Director of YES - Young Entrepreneur Society -  which helps young people learn entrepreneurial and personal development skills essential for going into the workplace and starting up in business. Aged only 21, she also runs a network meeting once a month for young entrepreneurs under 35 where they can get access to mentoring, business advice, fantastic speakers, funding and more!

Carly is the winner of Haines Watts Young Entrepreneur of the Year - Special Achievement Award, Finalist in Women of the Future Awards and Finalist in World Skills 2010 Awards.

She has been invited to join the Board of Governors at Reading College and Oxford & Cherwell Valley College to advise on Entrepreneurship education for the students. Carly offers motivational and practical talks but can also offer structured workshops. Says Carly "If I can do it, anyone can. Having lost everything in another country and returning to the UK with nothing, in less than 18 months I managed to get financial support from banks, The Prince's Trust and Frederick's Foundation and build a successful business. Now it's my job to help other young people do just that."
