Emma Walker
Junior Apprentice - The 7 Year Old Entrepreneur
I would say I was born an entrepreneur; my journey began at 6, when playing monopoly and trying to con my parents became daily life. At 7, I made my first profit selling ice creams outside my house. I then began selling sweets at high school, sending the school tuck shop out of business. I still wanted more. During this time, I also began supplying local businesses with eggs from 200 chickens, making tasty profits at just 13.
I was 16 when I was picked from 28,000 applicants to be on the first series of Junior Apprentice in 2010 and managed to battle my way to the semi-finals. I am now currently a student at Peter Jones’s National Enterprise Academy and am working towards launching multiple businesses.
