Co-founder of High street company Xing Smoothies, Simon's on a mission to show everyone that there's an entrepreneur inside us all.

At school I failed my A levels and never did anything enterprising. While studying in the USA for a year I was on the President's Roll of Honor for Academic Achievement and started three businesses. I love to share with young people my experience of teaching myself to learn and how I became inspired to do things differently. My aim is to show how it's possible for everyone, to improve themselves and their future by taking responsibility, setting goals and stepping up.
